Sparking Reinvention: Medical Wigs to Endure

Our group of friends couldn’t believe the sparkling Belinda Smart, our family friend, might someday own and wear lace front wigs. Her signature hair styles was synonymous with her attitude. Get this. Miss Prim n’ Proper is still known for her impeccable looks. Only a handful of souls think to notice that she lives confidently wearing lace wigs. They work well.

As young girls in Arizona, we always had our picks of boys. Then her alopecia reared its head and her hair wouldn’t be the same. I hinted about some lace front wigs. But you know, she shrugged it off. Even on bad days she proudly unveiled her innate beauty.

Attending her boyfriend Jacob’s roller hockey tournament, we heckled until some kluts retardedly kicked the ball (or that thing they use) towards the fans. My bff dove for the ball and her cute little hat jumped from her head, revealing her bald head. Undisturbed, she walked over and delivered it back to the field. She’s that kind of girl.

That said, it eventually got to her. Months later she invited me over for a game of bridge, when she quietly said that she prefers to go bald out of anger. She could never spend money on well crafted lace front wigs, even if she would wear them. At that moment miss invincible changed the subject and demanded that I it was silly. I thought “oh, well.”

I wanted to help so bad. Later on, I called about getting her a new wig. Eventually the two of us came to the obvious conclusion: we were going wig shopping! Wigs for the both of us, on me!

Not sure who was more floored by the possibilities. We never knew that human hair wigs could be this fashionable for people, even superstars. These wigs brought out her youthful spirit. As for me, put together a completely new ensemble to match our wigs. Out of solidarity, and that will surely endure. Recently she sent me her thanks for the wig, and explained it fosters a new attitude that she’d forgotten. It’s my pleasure to realize my best friend float about as light as a feather. We both are.
